The alkali-free glass fiber grinding wheel reinforced mesh fabric is a woven fabric made of glass fiber yarn treated with a silane coupling agent. The structure is divided into two types: plain weave and strand weave. With good combination and smooth surface, it is the base material of glass fiber reinforced sheet.

2) Specification expression method

Take EG6.5 * 5.4-115 / 190 as an example:

Glass composition: C means medium alkali, E means no alkali;
Organization structure: G means twisted weave, P means plain weave;

Warp density: indicates that the density of warp yarns per 25mm is 6.5;

Weft density: It means that the density of yarn in every 25mm weft direction is 5.4;

Width: 115 means the width of the cloth;

Gram weight: 190 means mass per unit area;

2. Enhancement film

1) Product description

The alkali-free glass fiber grinding wheel reinforced mesh is made of glass fiber cloth coated with phenolic resin and dried and punched. It is covered with non-woven fabric and black paper when needed. It has excellent tensile strength and flexural resistance, and is combined with abrasives Good performance, good heat resistance during grinding and cutting, etc. It is the best reinforcing substrate for various resin grinding wheels.

Resin cutting wheel

Resin drawing wheel

The resin-drawn grinding wheel produced by using Jiuding multi-layer high-strength reinforced sheet as the reinforced base material makes the product have excellent safety and wear resistance. This product can be widely used in the grinding process of machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction and other industries.


Selection guide

(1) Specification selection

The selection of reinforcement sheet specifications is mainly based on the type, shape and size, design linear speed and main application of the resin grinding wheel, and the appropriate organization structure, warp and weft density and gram weight are selected. It is generally designed by the technical staff of the grinding wheel manufacturer and determined after passing the rotary blast test.

(2) Resin selection

The resin selection of the reinforcing sheet mainly considers the bonding strength of the reinforcing sheet and the grinding wheel. Generally, phenolic resin is used. If the customer has special requirements for the resin, the company can conduct research and development of special resin according to the customer's requirements.

(3) Selection of coating

The selection of the coating compound of the reinforcing sheet mainly considers the requirements of the appearance of the grinding wheel, the production process equipment of the grinding wheel, etc. The optical mesh is generally used for the inner substrate of the grinding wheel, and the mesh coated with black paper and non-woven fabric is mainly used for the outer mesh of the grinding wheel .

(4) Color selection

The color selection of the reinforced film mainly considers the appearance requirements of different varieties of grinding wheels. The standard colors of the company's products are light yellow and black. Other special colors can be provided according to customer requirements.
