1. Corrosion resistance

2. Flame retardant

High-quality matrix resin and unique flame retardant formula give products excellent flame retardant properties. FRP grid products have passed the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) flame retardant test. The flame diffusion coefficients of polyester resin, vinyl resin, and phenolic resin grids are less than 15, 10, and 5; the smoke density is less than 500, 300, and 5 respectively.

1. Type selection

The selection of the type of grille mainly considers the load-bearing form, maximum working load and span of the supporting structure in use, and also considers other requirements such as corrosive medium and ambient temperature. The normal load-bearing form has three kinds of center point load, center line load and uniform load.

There are three types of installation: solid installation, standard installation and flexible installation.

Our company recommends: when the working environment is harsh, long-term heavy load or high-rise use, use solid installation; under normal circumstances, use standard installation; short-term load-bearing level is generally small, and flexible installation is used when the platform is low.

The maximum deflection rate of the grille does not exceed 1%. According to the specific use environment and installation requirements, refer to the standard size table to determine the layout and load span design of the grille. The customer selects the most suitable grille type.

2. Resin selection

The corrosion resistance of the grid mainly depends on the matrix resin of the grid. The company has established good cooperative relations with international and domestic well-known resin suppliers, and is exclusively authorized by Ashland to use the Ashland logo. According to the specific corrosion environment and medium conditions used by the grille, the most suitable resin type can be determined by referring to the grille's corrosion resistance guide. For special corrosion media not listed in the corrosion resistance guide, please contact our technical department, we will provide technical support to customers to determine the best resin type. It has good corrosion resistance, and can be used in the environment of weak inorganic acids and various salts. Long-term use temperature is -50 ℃ ~ 52 ℃.

It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in medium-intensity inorganic acids, weak bases, and various salt media. Long-term use temperature is -50 ℃ ~ 90 ℃.

It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in harsh media environments such as acid, alkali, salt, solvent or acid-base alternation. Long-term use temperature is -50 ℃ ~ 100 ℃.

It has excellent flame retardancy, acid resistance and solvent resistance, an oxygen index of more than 50, and a very low smoke rate. High temperature performance, long-term use temperature can reach 180 ℃.

3. Color

The choice of grille color mainly depends on the coordination of the product with the surrounding environment and the customer's aesthetic habits. Our company can provide seven standard colors of yellow, green, blue, gray, light gray, orange and black and transparent grille for customers to choose , And can be produced according to the samples, swatches or designated color cards provided by customers.

4. Surface

The surface form of the grille mainly depends on the anti-skid requirements of the use occasion. Our company can provide six different surfaces for customers to choose from: crescent, sand, double plane, diamond plate cover, sand panel cover and flat panel cover. The cover-type grille will increase the thickness and weight of the grille and greatly increase the strength of the grille.

5. Flame retardant requirements

The flame retardant performance group of the grille depends on the flame retardant requirements of the application occasions. The general flame retardant occasions can use our company's normal flame retardant grilles. The occasions with high flame retardant requirements can use phenolic grilles. Burn the grille.

6. Special requirements

Our company has strong grid product development capabilities and mold development and manufacturing capabilities. If the customer has special requirements on the load, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and anti-static of the grille, our company can provide special design and production.


Platform installation

1. The supporting edge of the grid has at least 40mm wide support on the steel beam, the installation gap between the grid and the grid is 6mm, and the installation gap between the grid and the concrete column is 10mm.

2. M-type or L-type fixtures should be used to fix the grid and the supporting steel beams. At least 4 grids are required for each grid. C-type clamps should be used to connect the edges of two adjacent non-supporting grids. Use at least 1 per 1.8m center

Trench installation

1. Refer to the grid size of the grid, and adjust the trench size as much as possible, so that the edge of the grid after cutting is a closed mouth to maintain the integrity of the cell and achieve a beautiful and elegant installation effect.

2. The grid has at least 40mm wide support on the concrete foundation, and the gap between the grid and the concrete is 3-6mm.

Stair installation

1. The grille step should be installed in the step frame. The frame can be an ordinary steel frame or a FRP frame.

2. The gap between the grid step and the frame is 3-6mm, each step is fixed with 8 fixing fixtures, and 2 are used for each corner.

3. The grid fixing jigs provided by our company are divided into M-type, L-type and C-type. Different clamps have different functions: M-type clamps are used for positioning connection between the grid and the supporting structure; L-type clamps are used For the special limit connection between the grille and the support structure; the C type is used for the overall connection between the edges of the two grilles. At the same time, the company provides corresponding screws, gaskets and other accessories.

Grill maintenanceMaintenance:

1. Dust and dirt on the surface can be cleaned with washing liquid during use, no other maintenance measures are required.

2. In the process of use, direct contact with various open flames and high temperatures such as electric welding and oxyacetylene flame during steel structure and equipment maintenance should be avoided.

3. In the process of use, the dragging, impact damage and paint pollution of various steel materials, steel sharps, tools, etc. should be avoided when repairing the steel structure and equipment.
